Placement in Hope For Families Shelter
The Hope for Families Center is designed not just to be a place to stay, but to provide a structured program that teaches families how to set expectations of themselves that they can carry into the future.
All families admitted into our program will be provided with a private room, access to three meals per day, and are required to complete the program requirements of finding employment and attending Hope For Families financial and family guidance programs.
* HFC will admit expectant mothers on an individual basis.
Preference will be given to individuals from Indian River County who have not utilized our services in the past year and are literally homeless and without shelter of any type.
If you answered “yes” to all of the above questions, please call 772-567-5537 to begin the admissions process. Space is limited and you may be placed on a waiting list.
Financial stress affects most of us, however some of us are living with severe financial stress resulting from a financial crisis.
Not being able to pay your bills, having your hours cut, and losing your job are traumatic life events, especially if it affects your entire family’s income.
Knowing where to turn and how to take control of your situation can reduce the impact on you and your family.
